The biblical concept of “overflow” is heavily addressed throughout the scriptures. Most commonly quoted from Psalm 23 when speaking of a cup overflowing with blessings. Although similar in concept, the idea of OVRFLW comes from John 21. Jesus appears to seven of his disciples post-resurrection and tells them to cast their net on the right side of the boat after a night of no catches and suddenly their net is so full that they can barely haul it in. The same sea that produced no fish for men produced an abundance of fish in the presence of our savior. In order to experience overflow, we need the presence of Jesus in our lives. He provides all we need and more so we can let his presence overflow into the lives of those around us.
